Go to Setup Menu --> Accounting --> Accounts.
Choose the type of account you need to add -
- Cash
- Savings
- Chequing
- Other Current Assets Account,
- Fixed or Other Assets Account,
- Other Current Liabilities Account,
- Long Term Liabilities Account,
- Equity, Fee Income,
- Expense,
- Other Income Account o
- Other Expense Account.
Once you choose the type of account, a window will open.
You will need to choose the Fund this account is for.
You will need to Number it and give it a Name.
Group 2 & Group 3 = Select accordingly if options are available or leave blank
Save & Close, then you can use this account to post.
