How to Add an Account

Enviromint Support -

Go to Setup Menu --> Accounting --> Accounts.

Choose the type of account you need to add - 

  • Cash
  • Savings 
  • Chequing
  • Other Current Assets Account, 
  • Fixed or Other Assets Account, 
  • Other Current Liabilities Account, 
  • Long Term Liabilities Account, 
  • Equity, Fee Income, 
  • Expense, 
  • Other Income Account o
  • Other Expense Account.

 

Once you choose the type of account, a window will open. 

You will need to choose the Fund this account is for.

You will need to Number it and give it a Name.

Group 2 & Group 3 = Select accordingly if options are available or leave blank

 

 

Save & Close, then you can use this account to post.
