How to Reverse a Deal Deposit

 If you have received a Deposit and It needs to be reversed

Open the Deal

• Click on the Actions Button at the Top of the Deal Form
  • Select Reverse Deposit
  • Choose the deposit you would like to reverse
  • Click Ok

• Deal Deposit Reversal Form Automatically opens
  • Make sure all information that is auto generated by the program is correct.
  • In the reference field leave the original reference that was attached to the deposit and beside the reference put a reason for the reversal (NSF, etc)
  • Click Post
