How To Setup the tracking of Advances in Deals

Setup --> Deals --> Commission Advance Request Setup

Enter the following information in the form below

Brokerage = Your brokerage

Broker = Your Broker

Deductions Account = Advance Account

Deduction Rule = Advance Rule

AR Deduction Rule = AR

Tax Deduction Rule optional

IF you allow your Agents to advance the GST on the commission then click Allow Advance on TAX.
