How to Clone a Document

Enviromint Support -

From the Accounting menu choose the Find Document Item

  • Search and open the document you wish to Clone
  • Once the Document in open there is an Actions button at the top of the form
  • Choose Clone
  • Message will pop up asking where or not to use the original date, notes, tasks, or files attached to the original document
    • Click the corresponding check boxes if you want to keep the original date, notes, tasks, or files attached to the original document of the document
    • If you do not click any boxes, it will use the current date and have no notes, tasks, or files attached.
  • When the Cloned Document pops up
    • Make any necessary changes to the document
    • Click Save & Post
