From the Accounting menu choose the Find Document Item
- Search and open the document you wish to Void and Clone
- Once the Document in open there is an Actions button at the top of the form
- Choose Void and Clone
- Message will pop up are you sure to want to Void the selected document
- Message will pop up asking where or not to use the original date, notes, tasks, or files attached to the original document
- Click the corresponding check boxes if you want to keep the original date, notes, tasks, or files attached to the original document of the document
- If you do not click any boxes, it will use the current date and have no notes, tasks, or files attached.
- When the Cloned Document pops up
- Make any necessary changes to the document
- Click Save & Post
- Close the cloned document and the original document should still be open.
- Optional: Add a note to the original document as to the reason for the Void.
