How to Memorize a Document

1. From the Accounting Menu choose the Find Document Item

  • Search and open the document you wish to Memorize

2. - Once the Document in open there is an Actions button at the top of the form

  • Choose Memorize
  • A Memorize Document form Will pop up
    • Enter a Description of the Document you are memorizing
    • Enter a Frequency that this document will be done
      • Daily
      • Weekly
      • Biweekly
      • Semimonthly
      • Monthly
      • Quarterly
      • Semiannually
      • Yearly
      • Etc
    • If you would like the notes, tasks and files to be memorized too, select any or all of the item to be included
    • Click Save.
