Commission Month End Reporting

Commission Month End:

1. Commission Bank Reconciliation:  Used to reconcile the Bank statement with Deal Manager.  Print & File.

2. Deal Balances: A list of all of the deals with amounts in the Commission Bank.  There should only be amounts on this report if Deal Payments were received on the last day of the month and not paid out until the next day.  Print & File (only if there are amounts).

3. Agent Deductions Account Balances:  A list of all of the Agents with deduction balances.  Print & File.

4. Trial Balance:  :  A list of all of the General Ledger Accounts and their balances.  This balances with the Bank Reconciliation, Deal Balances & Agent Deductions Account Balances.  Investigate any account that does not make sense.  Print & File.

5. GL Transactions – Account A list of all of the transactions in the accounts.  Only used if research is needed into any Trial Balance account balances.

6. Deal Liability & Term Deposit Transactions:   A list of all of the transactions in the Deal accounts.  Only used if research is needed into any Deal Commission Liability account balances.

7. Top Producer: A summary of each agent’s written deals for the year.  It is sorted to determine agents with the highest/lowest Ends, Commission & Sales Volume.

8. Agent Deal Summary:  An Agent activity report including all of their current year’s deals including Paid, Final & Conditional deals.  Agent’s have access to this report online.

9. Agent Revenue Summary:  An Agent Commission Payment report summarizing all Commissions, GST and Deductions paid for the current year.  This report will balance to the agent’s T4A at the end of the year.  Agent’s have access to this report online.
