How to Run Customer Statements

Enviromint Support -

Click on the Accounting Menu --> Receivables  --> Process Customer Statements

  • Once the Form opens Choose Brokerage
  • Select Fund.
  • Choose the Year
  • Choose the Statement period
  • Enter contact name if you choose to run for one specific agent.
  • Leave contact field blank if you would like to run for all agents.
  • Leave the preview check box checked (if you just want to have a look before you publish to the agents)
  • Click GO
  • Once the statement are to your satisfaction, Unclick preview mode (This will make the statements available online to the agents)
  • Click GO
  • Print (if necessary)

IF YOU NEED TO SENT ALERTS.

Unclick preview mode, TAB over.

Check the Send On Demand Alerts, TAB over.

Click the Alert Rule Drop Down selection and Click Go. This will email the agent a copy of the Customer Statement.
