How to Modify an Agent Deduction with a Cap or Max

Open the agent from the Contact Finder OR the Our Agents report

Once the contact is open, Click --> Actions -->Deduction Rule Maintenance:

• Click on the Deduction you would like to modify.
• Once you click on it it will be highlighted Dark blue.
• Then Click on the Rule Builder Maintenance button
• When the Deduction Rule Builder Maintenance form opens, make your changes to the Rates or the Range end.
  • Do not forget the decimals (  .00  )
• Click Save and close on the Deduction Rule Builder  Maintenance form
• Click ok Deduction Rule Maintenance form
