In order to create logins the user must be a Security Administrator
Please contact Support@enviromint.com to make a member of your team a Security Administrator
1. Check for Existing Login
- Go to Contacts → Our Agents.
- Verify if the agent already has a login email.

2. Create a New Login (if none exists)
- Navigate to Set Up System → Create User.
- Enter the agent’s name in the Contact field and press Enter.
- If multiple contacts appear, select the one associated with your company.

3. Assign User Group
- Choose Primary Group: Agent.
Click OK.

4. Save Temporary Password
- A message will confirm that a new login has been created.
- A temporary password will be copied to your clipboard.
- Save this password securely so you can send it to the agent.
Grant Access
- Click OK to confirm the agent has been granted access to your company.
Reset Security Settings
- When prompted, click Yes to reset security for the user.
- This ensures the agent has access to all deals or listings associated with their name, even those entered before the login was created.
