🗑️ Steps to Delete an Agent Login

This guide provides a straightforward, step-by-step process for deleting an agent login, ensuring you can efficiently manage user access. In order to delete logins the user must be a Security Administrator

Please contact Support@enviromint.com to make a member of your team a  Security Administrator

 

1. Method 1: From the Agent List

Navigate to Agent List

  • Go to Contacts → Our Agents.

Check for Login Email

  • Look for the agent’s login email address.
  • Optionally, click Include Inactive Agents and then click Go to view agents who may have left the brokerage.

2. Delete Login

  • Click on the Action button on agent’s login email address.
  • Click Delete User Login.
  • Confirm by clicking Yes when prompted.

Verify Deletion

  • Click the Go button again to confirm the login email is gone and access has been removed.

3. ### Method 2: From the User List

Access All Users with Logins

  • Click on Reporting on the bottom left menu
  • Type Users in the Report Filter and press Enter.

Open User List

  • Double-click the result to view all users with logins.

4. Delete Login

  • Click on the Action button on agent’s login email address.
  • Click Delete User Login.
  • Confirm by clicking Yes when prompted

Refresh to Confirm

  • Click the Refresh button to ensure the agent is no longer listed.
