IMPROVED – Deal Refund: Refund Reason Added
We have added the ability to change the reason for a Deal Refund.
You can now choose from our default reasons:
• Excess Deposit
• Deal Deposit Refund
• Overpayment
• Or enter a custom reason
This allows you to clearly communicate to the lawyer or refund contact why the deposit is being refunded. You are no longer limited to the historical default reason of Excess Deposit.
New Feature: Refund Reason Setup Menu
We have added the ability to add your own Standard Deal Refund Reasons
Simply click: Setup --> Deals --> Create Standard Deal Refund Reason
- Add a Line to the setup form
- Type a custom reason
- Repeat until finished
- Save and Close
IMPROVED - Deal and Listing Sheet Entry: Commission Receivable Now Required
Commission Receivables are now required on Deal and Listing Sheet entries.
We understand that there may be situations where there is no commission on a Deal or Listing. If this is the case, simply select No Commission.
IMPROVED - Deal and Listing Sheet Entry: New City Creation
The issue with creating new Cities on Deal Manager To Go has been resolved and new cities will be created with ease.
