✅ Steps to Ensure Customer Statements Generate / Print

If your Statements for your agents are not generating in the Process Customer Statements, it is likely due to Generate Statements not being enabled in the Agents Customer Account. 

To enable statement generation please follow these steps. 

Open the Our Agents List

Contacts -> Our Agents

 

Select the agent whose statements are not printing or appearing.

Click Actions --> Click the Agents name from the Actions Menu

 

Go to Accounting.

Click Customer.

Open the General Account of the customer accounts.

 

Click Generate Statements
Click Save & Close
