To create teams the team leader and all members need to be Agents of your brokerage
See - Enter a New Associate(Agent)
Once all Team members are Agents of your brokerage, search for the Agent that will be the Team Lead.
Contact Menu --> Find Contact
Once the Team Leader is open Click on the Relationship tab and choose Team Members
- Click the plus button at the bottom of the form to add a line
- Type the Team Member name in the 1st column
- Enter their Start date in the 2nd column
- End Date will remain 12-31-9999 until the team member leaves the team
- Choose the role for the 4th column, (Full Associate or Licensed Assistant
- Repeat for all Team Members
- Save and Close the Team Leader
