How To Create A Team

Enviromint Support -

To create teams the team leader and all members need to be Agents of your brokerage

See - Enter a New Associate(Agent)

 

Once all Team members are Agents of your brokerage, search for the Agent that will be the Team Lead. 

Contact Menu --> Find Contact

Once the Team Leader is open Click on the Relationship tab and choose Team Members

  1. Click the plus button at the bottom of the form to add a line
    1. Type the Team Member name in the 1st column
    2. Enter their Start date in the 2nd column
    3. End Date will remain 12-31-9999 until the team member leaves the team
    4. Choose the role for the 4th column, (Full Associate or Licensed Assistant
  2. Repeat for all Team Members
  3. Save and Close the Team Leader
